Participation is open to students, researchers, and tech enthusiasts across India unless restricted by local laws.

Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Judges, or sponsors’ employees may participate only if explicitly allowed.

Teams may consist of 2–5 members. Individual entries are also allowed.

Prizes may include prize pool worth of ₹10,000, mentorship, or other awards.

Winners will be notified via the email provided at registration.

Participants are responsible for taxes or fees associated with prizes, if applicable.

By submitting, participants grant Codyssey organizers a non-exclusive license to use project materials for promotion or educational purposes.

Submissions must not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or IP. Proper attribution is required for any external content or datasets.

Participants must maintain ethical behavior, respect others, and avoid plagiarism.

Submissions containing malicious code, harassment, or offensive content will be disqualified. Winners will be declared only after the completion of the verification process. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any team if the submitted information or credentials are found to be invalid or inconsistent during verification.

Any form of cheating or rule violation may result in team disqualification.

Organizers are not responsible for technical failures, delays, or loss of submissions.

Participants submit their work at their own risk.

Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, deadlines, or judging criteria with or without notice.

Hackathon may be canceled or modified due to force majeure events (natural disasters, internet outages, legal restrictions).

Any disputes will be resolved by mediation by organizers, and local laws of Kerala, India will govern.

Judges’ and organizers’ decisions are final and binding.

Personal data collected during registration will only be used for hackathon administration and communication.

By participating, you consent to the use of your project materials for educational or promotional purposes.
